Denali Energy of South Dakota, Inc. is a sister company to
Denali Energy, Inc. both of Baxter, MN. Denali Energy, Inc.
focuses on the development of renewable energy, primarily wind
farms and biomass projects in North and South Dakota. |

| Denali SD has recently relocated to the city of Aberdeen in
South Dakota's Brown County and is working on behalf of and for
the benefit of regional clientele throughout a five-state area.
Denali SD is currently working on the development of a new wind
farm project, the Campbell County Wind Farm. Through this
development process, Denali SD creates mutually beneficial
strategic partnerships with landowners and community
stakeholders to stimulate and revitalize rural economies.
Campbell County Wind Farm will consist of up to 140 turbines and
200 megawatts at an investment of nearly $600 million. The firm
is also conducting feasibility studies for potential bio-diesel
and municipal waste biomass projects in Northeastern South
Dakota. |

| As Denali Energy of South Dakota has been chosen as the
designated developer for the Campbell County Wind Farm project,
they are now meeting with landowners in the Campbell County area
to discuss the terms of the option and easement agreements for
the wind farm. |

| In addition, Denali Energy of South Dakota and sister
company, Denali Energy, Inc. based in Baxter, MN will
collaborate with American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP) as they
evaluate the feasibility of building a multi-state, extra-high
voltage transmission project across the Upper Midwest to support
the development of renewable energy. |
